Although we cover recruitment assignments in almost any business-to-business Executive environment we are particularly strong with the construction products and services markets as well as in the technical market as a whole. We need to understand a person’s skills and experience. We also need to know what gets them up out of bed in the morning, how they present themselves and how they handle a typical day. We interview every candidate in person before working with them.
